30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy. Should you wish to return your product/s for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date. You will have a total of 30 days from the original delivery date to return the product to us.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must be in a saleable condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including the outer cellophane wrapping. Please note that products with protective seals or strips that have been removed or damaged are ineligible for return. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Products Ineligible for Refund or Exchange
Certain products are not eligible for refund or exchange, including personalized and perishable items. Additionally, products that have been used or opened, spa vouchers, and supplements cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned products. You will be refunded the cost of your order, excluding the initial delivery charge. We provide a convenient Freepost return service for your convenience. Alternatively, you may choose to use your own postal service, bearing the associated costs.
Promotions and Gift with Purchase
If your order included any promotions or free gifts, the value of these items will be deducted from the refund amount in the event of a return. Please ensure that any promotional gifts are included with the return of related items.
